Your coaching starts before your holiday

How much can you really improve in just one week of surfing?
Sure — you’ll catch waves, have fun, meet people, and maybe pick up a few new techniques. That’s great.
But real progression? That usually doesn’t happen by accident.

That’s why our coaching starts at least six weeks before your trip.

After booking, you’ll send us video footage of your surfing and book a one-on-one video call with our head coach, Linus. Based on your footage and the call, you’ll receive a personalized preparation plan tailored to your surf level and physical condition.

This includes a structured six-week fitness program designed specifically for surfing, plus — depending on your level — targeted theory sessions and surfskate or land-based movement training.

You don’t arrive unprepared and “hope for a good week.”
